Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate Remean, including your email address, account identifier, app telemetry, notes, chat content, and analyses you choose to create. Chat content may be processed to provide features such as AI conversations, summaries, and insights.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide and improve the app, maintain user accounts, prevent abuse, process customer requests, and deliver purchased or subscribed features.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, database, authentication, artificial intelligence, analytics, and payment providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and according to their applicable data-protection obligations.

Data Retention

We retain account information and user-created content for as long as the user’s account remains active. When a user requests account deletion, the account and associated user-created data—including notes, chats, and analyses—will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being automatically deleted. We may retain limited information for longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. When possible, retained information will be anonymized or separated from the deleted account.

Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion in either of these ways: 1. In the Remean app, open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm the deletion request. 2. Send an email to from the email address associated with the account, using the subject “Account Deletion Request.” After verifying the request, we will delete the user’s account and associated personal data from active systems within 30 days. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Users who want specific content deleted without deleting their entire account may contact us at and describe the data they want removed.
